Grace Phipps (born Grace Victoria Phipps on May 4, 1992 in Austin, Texas) moved to Los Angeles in 2010 shortly after graduating high school. Almost immediately she was cast in two projects, including a Fright Night remake and the short-lived The Nine Lives of Chloe King. In 2012 she landed a recurring role on the hit series The Vampire Diaries, and in 2013 she was cast in Disney Channel’s original, Teen Beach Movie. This led her to roles on Austin & Ally alongside her Teen Beach co-star, Ross Lynch.
